We are planning to review their CD later.
Some more Shine pictures.

Open House

As every year, Sunday is a open day with bands playing for free. With lovely weather it is natural to perform outdoor.

Guess who we found outside? They seemes to be everywhere, Swoja Droga.

Keltic Sunday - Blazin Fiddles

 Blazin Fiddles (Scotland)
This group is bunch of regular chaps and one girl who plays the fiddle.
In the back "the grandfather" at a piano. What differs this bunch from the average Celtic groups is the simple fact that they are more than enthusiastic, they happens to be good, even damn good musicians.

Blazin Fiddles Homepage

What they do is to perform the old traditional stuff, the reels, gigs, valses and what ever.
Some of the tunes are pipe tunes transformed to fiddles. Most of their act differs a bit from the tradition in the arrangement. There is a slightly different groove.
They have also written some very nice tunes in the tradition.

The End

There is nothing more, the festival is over.

There nothing as lonely as a left festival....
The place is still the same, the scenery is still there,
but the music and the people is gone,
- and there's no one to share the scenery with...
