This is more than empty words for us, it is our purpose. We actually want you, our dear visitors to contribute to this site. And we are not asking for money. No, we want you to join us, and write.
In the "What's EthnoBass?" chapter at the "Home page" we say:
"EthnoBass is dedicated to a broader understanding of our global
village, though mainly music. We cover ethnic and folk music and related
topics. EthnoBass is a constantly evolving and vibrant project. What started
as a simple idea has grown into an international co-operative effort bringing
together Musicians, Music Ethnologists, Composers and you - our visitors
- the music lovers from around the world. All of us sharing their knowledge
with others. Our hope has always been that this project will grow into
a encyclopedia of global music."
We must admit, this is a dream, but we are moving towards it. And we will make it happen, some day in the future.
Almost any one can contribute. Everyone has some knowledge vital to this project. So please join us. Some of you are trained writers, with expert knowledge. Some know at lot more than us, the editorial staff. Some of you are not trained writers and, and (perhaps) needs a little bit of help. That's no problem at all, thetas what we are here, at EthnoBass, for!
Notice. We, the editorial staff, reserve our right to regret contributions offending our purpose.
Does this sound like at lot of work?... Yes it is, but
it is fun! We are a group of open minded persons, working (not paid) with
what we love, people, music and communication. We love it!
| Does it tingle in your "writing hand" now?... then | - and do it TODAY! |
